A new syringing machine which respects "Minipan" tradition.
 The advantages of a three-rollers head.
Many qualities of Syr lie in the original "Minipan" head which, thanks to three special steel rolls ensures an homogeneous working and a uniform extrusion of different kid of dough.
The drop head is topped by a wide hopper that allows the easy introduction of the product. This affords ready access to the rollers and the mould-support bar, making for simple cleaning and quick mould replacement. On request, a special head with rollers can be fitted on Syr to work doughs with almonds or walnuts without crushing them.
Net cut for a perfect biscuit shape.
A special teflon - coated bras "guillotine" cutter ensures a clean cut and a perfect detachment of the dough, avoiding any deformation of the biscuits.
Everyone can control.
The efficient "brain" of Syr is a clearly marked and user friendly control panel. A variator allows to state the spied of the head - rollers, while another one adjust belt's speed. Minipan has arranged the possibility to stop Syr, retaining the preset production rate. A checking system controlled by a PLC can adjust the length of biscuits and their frequency of placement on trays.
Choose your own model.
Syr is available in four version with automatic placement on tray (400-460-600 and 800) with the same basic technical features, but different in size, production capacity and tray storage. Some special version of the machine can be used for making special products: for example, by modified heads it is possible to produce cantucci or mostaccioli.
A lot of shapes for your biscuits.
Syr combines variety and simplicity: in no time at all and easily, by turning 4 knobs, it is possible to replace the moulds. Syr base models are supplied with 3 moulds on choice. |
