Versatility and fancy
A wide range of accessories designed on measure let O-Matic Inox produce bagels, “friselle”, “rosquitas” and breadsticks (breadsticks length electronically adjustable) of the thickness desired and with the proper sprinklers it is possible to spread on them salt, sugar, spices and seeds (such as sesame, poppy and fennel seeds). With the suitable devices, O-Matic Inox is also able to form twisted bagels as well as oblong bagels.

Many possibilities for each production needing
Minipan
produces O-Matic Inox in versions which are different for dimensions and productivity. The machine is provided with an automatic placement system, fed by a proper trays container. Special bagels forming machines are available created on purpose for industrial productions and connectable directly to the tunnel oven belts. They are produced in several intermediate models, with working widths as from 400 up to 2.800 mm, different in dimensions and production capacities. O-Matic can be also be fed continuously with fully automatic lamination systems.
