A fast machine easy to use

The function of automatic placement on trays consents to reduce at minimum the operator’s intervention, who is limited to charge the trays container (able to contains up to 15 trays) and to feed the two heads, which contain the dough and the filler.
The Coextruder is built with materials such as stainless steel, treated aluminium and food resins, and all of its parts in contact with the product can be de-mounted and washed, in respect of the most strict hygienic rules.
The movements of all the parts are controlled electronically, consenting a wide field of use together with a surprising simplicity, which put the operator in the best conditions to work with the minimum effort.

To measure

The Coextruder can be realised in different versions, both with manual and automatic placement on trays, with discharge on trays. Moreover, industrial models are available up to 1000 mm of useful width with discharge on conveyor belts for tunnel ovens.
